original glock

Original Glock - In partnership with Lipsey's Firearm Distributors, GLOCK offers a limited edition reproduction of the 1980s GLOCK P80 9mm. This is basically a Gen1 GLOCK 17 pistol with all the vintage features including single frame pin, pebble grips, smooth trigger,   original flat mount and no rail mounts or front skids.

If you were too young - or too traditional - to buy a GLOCK pistol in the 1980s, here's your chance to upgrade: GLOCK, along with Lipsey's, is celebrating the adoption of the GLOCK P80 pistol by the Austrian military with an event. inspired by the original GLOCK 80 pistol. In other words, a faithful reproduction of the first generation of Glocks,

Glock Factory Original Glock 19/26 Magazine 9mm Luger Black Polymer 15/rd

The story is familiar, but it is better to repeat it in case someone fell asleep 30 years ago. Gaston Glock designed his first pistol for the Austrian Army in 1981, and after its adoption by the Austrian Army, it was named the Pistole 80 or P80. In 1986, this pistol was introduced to the American market as the G17. A star is born. It's not the first pistol made of polymer—that distinction goes to the Heckler & Koch VP 70, which predates the GLOCK by 12 years—but it will be the most popular of them all. His unique solutions will truly be a "source of inspiration" (sometimes a better description for tricks) for many gunsmiths around the world.

Now Lipsey's, one of America's premier handgun distributors, offers the 9mm GLOCK P80 Edition with (almost) all the features of the "mother of all GLOCKs."

The frame is of the "single pin" type as used in the early Gen1 / Gen2 pistols and again in the new Gen5 pistols.

Because it is 100% factory built at GLOCK, the "new" P80 should not be labeled as a model, but may be better labeled as a restoration of the original 1980s model.

Some of the highlights of the GLOCK P80 pistol include the Gen 1 GLOCK style single pin polymer frame (the “double pin” style was introduced with the Gen2, but the single pin above the trigger is back with the Gen5), vintage rock-round wraps, curved tails, smooth , flat front bumper and without the use of gear or front skids. (Of course, there are no fingerprints either!)

The skis also proudly bear the P80 branding, while the sole is polymer. Sure, the matte finish isn't the old Tenifer, it's replaced here with a modern nDLC finish. But few people will bother with it—provided they notice.

To enhance the "nostalgia effect", the gun will be delivered in an original "Tupperware" style pistol case and will be wrapped in a special case that recalls the historical character of the gun. There is also a loyalty card.

Who might be interested in a brand new GLOCK? Anyone using GLOCK fan pistols for starters because it remains the most reliable, complete GLOCK pistol. But it will also be appreciated by collectors and not-so-little troublemakers who want to relive the 80s or pass up the opportunity to reclaim a Gen1 GLOCK. To realize their dream, they will have to pay $669, which is the suggested retail price of the limited edition GLOCK Pistole P80. The original version is a very nice Gen 3, my husband and I had a great time abroad. the box. Forgiving and relatively simple, it doesn't require much to perform well. 2k cartridges with tungsten guide rod are solid and with a set of sights it looks like a shot from a distance. Easy to learn without being too big for all but the smallest images.

Test: G43 The 9mm Subcompact Glock

I bought a gen 1 17 in the late 80's early 90's. I've done countless tours and it works like a champ every time. You have a lot of weapons. But this is my hidden thing and my downfall.

Nice shot. My wife was trained to shoot this gun. He loved shooting and the Glock.

The Glock 17 Gen 4 is my EDC that I trust with my life against someone who might try to kill me. How convenient to know I have a Glock 17 at my hip.

I work, eat and sleep with my Glock 17 Gen 3! The best in my book! Easy to clean, load. Buy yours today! Don't forget to buy two more magazines.

Glock 17 Gen3 Le Trade In

This is one of the best 9mm pistols out there. I know it's big and the Glock 19 is #1 in the US, but the light, thin, full power 9mm Glock 17 Gen 4 feels great on the back, including the beaver tail, because it's a NATO FMJ, it's a nice example, but no waste. High pressure for cheap sample ammo. I usually use a Glock 21 NATO 239 grain .45 acp but this is my 2nd favorite. I haven't tried the Gen 5 and am generally more comfortable with the Gen 4 heavy glocks. A well organized organization can help with any FTE crisis or layoffs.

Probably the best poly gun ever! Look how many LE officers around the world trust the Glock 17. You don't get that kind of warranty without getting the little things right! The credibility of the G17 is not in question; so what don't you like? dirty gun? Check. Is the threat not pure or pure in the market? Check. The first "plastic" gun? Check. The factory front and rear sights are...hmmm?...not great? Check. Always jump and drop tour like a champ? Check it out yourself. Has it really survived and thrived on years and years of brutal testing used by multiple agencies, police departments and the military? This will also be a check. If you haven't trusted your life to a Glock 17, you can't really appreciate the comfort many experienced law enforcement and public figures have in being with them. Get one. You see what I mean.

Bought very used without knowing its history. I modified the trigger and trigger assembly to improve the trigger pull and add a fiber optic sight. It is 100% reliable! I have owned it for about 7 years. Steel cases, factory conversions and old ammo - just eat them and spit them out! I have a collection of pistols and I buy and sell them, but this one is in storage.

Original Glock

I bought a G17, Gen4 so I could have a single action 9mm to use on the range. First I shot a double action .40 cal. Ease of shooting and feel is excellent. It included a lot of back straps, which is definitely a plus. I installed the Ultimate Pyramid Flat Face Trigger Assembly, Extended Slide Release and optical sights. It sounds great right out of the box though. All in all there is about $900 in this gun which I think is worth the price for my needs. It fits perfectly in the hand, is accurate, has a small size, quick release trigger, well balanced and reliable. The silhouette of the shirt is smooth, but not too hideous. Great for the firing line and used in tactical operations. This gun is highly recommended for new or experienced shooters.

My Late Mother's Gen 2 Glock 21 In The Original Tupperware.

Awesome gun that never jammed when trying to jam firing 4 18 rounds as fast as you can again and very balanced and accurate.

I have owned my Gen4 Glock 17 for several years and feel it is one of the best 9mm pistols on the market today. I installed the "Ultimate Pyramid Trigger Assembly" with fiber optic sights. These options only enhance the capabilities of this pistol. In addition, the large back strap and beaver tail provide a good feel and comfort. Thanks to the design and size, a good grip on the film is comfortable and smooth. Needless to say, this is very important for the speed of setting the sight for a quick shot on target. As a service weapon, it is light enough that you will not get tired of carrying a heavy weapon all day. At sight or in tactical situations, accuracy is very good. Right or left handed shooting is not a problem as it is well balanced. Whether it's straight fire or rapid fire, I've never had a problem. The bottom line is that I highly recommend this gun for home defense, business, or competition sales.

There was one time in 2015 when I was with friends in a situation where we didn't have fuel or a cleaning kit and almost nothing was coming. It was the British Army and we were happy because we didn't have to clean our guns and also, like a two-stroke engine, the gun stopped firing after a few rounds.
